These are the terms and conditions that we offer to the users of this website. Your use of the website will be taken as your acceptance of these terms.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT
We do offer quantity discount to trade customers. Please contact us by telephone or email for details.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Orders are accepted only on the basis that we have the goods available for dispatch or that we have the right to substitute similar goods for those specified, or where we can provide only part of an order for a particular item to make up the quantity with substituted similar goods.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay for your order securely online, by cheque or bank transfer. Blaze-On accepts most major credit and debit cards.

Payment will have been made once your card issuer has confirmed to us that your payment instruction has been accepted. Inputting the correct information for a payment instruction to be accepted is the customers responsibly.

Payment by cheque is made when the cheque has cleared. Payment by bank transfer is made when the funds are credited to our account. You must therefore allow at least a further 5 working days for delivery if paying by cheque or bank transfer.

Pricing Policy
Events beyond our control may occasionally result in price changes. We reserve the right to make changes but we will always call or email to notify you.

DELIVERIES

UK Deliveries - Retail
Mainland UK is delivery is £2.95 first class, £2.45 second class and free for order valued over £30.

We aim to dispatch the next business day, but please allow 2-3 days during busier times.

UK Deliveries - Wholesale
Mainland UK is delivery is £9.95 flat fee.

Worldwide Deliveries
Blaze On offers either airmail or surface mail postage for items that are required to be delivered outside the United Kingdom.

A member of the Blaze On team will contact you, typically within 24 hours, with the cost of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order, NO charges will be incurred

We are sorry but we will not accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

PACKAGING

All Blaze On packaging is made from recycled or recyclable materials. We strongly believe in making the smallest impact as possible on the environment.

All of the items come wrapped in tissue, because ......you are special!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Faulty Goods
Goods  returned within 10 days of delivery, which after inspection by us are found to be faulty or have been supplied incorrectly will qualify, at your choice, for a full refund (including delivery and standard return postal charges of up to £6.95) or to be replaced.

Where goods prove to be defective but the statutory right to reject has expired we may at our discretion offer to replace those goods. The defective goods must be returned to us in compliance with our ‘Returns and Refunds’ terms set out above.

Unwanted Goods
 If the goods have been supplied as ordered but are unwanted, return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice, within 10 days of date of dispatch for a credit voucher or refund. The item must be unused, with the original labeling and packaging intact (other than packing of carriage). You will be refunded ONLY for the cost of the goods; delivery charges are non-refundable.


Retuning Items
We will not accept liability for items lost or damaged whist in return transit.

Please advise us by letter or email before sending any goods back to us – for whatever the reason.
