Placing Orders:
Order on line: Ordering on line is fast and easy. Simply add the products that you need to your on-line shopping basket and select the appropriate quantity. Payment can then be made using virtually any major credit or debit card via our fully secure payment gateway.

Minimum Order Value: Please note that our minimum order value for wholesale orders is £200.00 plus delivery. Blaze On voucher codes can not be used when purchasing at wholesale prices.
Delivery:
Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. Orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch.
If you require an order to be delivered urgently, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery charges: £9.95 for UK mainland orders & 14.95 for Highland and Islands.
Please note, for on line orders this fee maybe add when the order is dispatched.
Delivery: Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
Wholesale terms and conditions: Blaze-On cannot accept returned items unless authorized by Lisa Durr or unless the product is faulty. If items arrive faulty, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please email lisa@blaze-on.com before returning any items.
