Sending a parcel to Europe or International
Blaze On products can be dispatched to almost anywhere in the world. For your convenience the cost is calculated automatically during checkout. Please contact lisa@blaze-on.com if you have any questions.
International order may have to pay tax and customer charges. These can include customs duty, excise duty and import VAT.
RETURNS
Returning Unwanted Items
- Goods must be returned with in 28 days of receiving your original order.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition that it was when received, and will be inspected on return.
- Goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're properly packed and can’t get damaged on the way.
- Please do not use any additional tape to secure the original box/packaging. You may wrap the parcel(s) in some kind of additional packaging i.e. box & plastic bag.
Please include a note in your returns parcel letting us know:
- Your order number
- The reason for returning
- Would you like an exchange or a refund
The Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt; you must keep this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel.
- Please note that without your Royal Mail receipt, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond this period any fault to the product must be reported as soon as is reasonably possible. We may ask the customer to provide details of the fault or damage so we can assess the best way to deal with the problem. If an item develops a fault within the first 30 days, the customer is entitled to a refund or exchange. If a fault develops after 30 days, but within the guarantee period, a replacement will be processed and, where a replacement cannot be made, a credit note will then be issued.
